Today we are back to better seal some small cracks and gaps. We spray foamed the joists on this 4-story Marriott Hotel.
The joists are so close together that my head will not fit to see if it is all sealed. This limited accessibility makes an spray foam insulation installer more prone to missing spots, like I did.
This time we are using a camera on a stick between the joists to find hidden treasures.
My team and I are far from perfect. But we try harder to get it right. And we are not satisfied with the project until you are happy.
Be sure to hire an insulation contractor who will do the job right.
